After a career in sales, then in operations management, but also as a management consultant and project manager in the transport, logistics and electricity sectors, Chantal Ramos co-founded the Bellavance group with Louis Bellavance. in 2021 to serve as President and CEO. She has nearly twenty years of experience in business, project management and personnel management. It ensures the smooth running of operations, resource management and administration. She also oversees the development of the company and relations with the industry.
Since she is a member of the Order of Administrators of Quebec, rest assured that our practices must comply with its requirements, which is a guarantee of excellence and additional quality for our clients, especially since the company is also subject to regular professional inspections.

Louis Bellavance has worked for more than 33 years in the transportation industry, in sales and customer service. Conscientious and attentive to his customers, he is always looking for new solutions to meet their needs. With a wealth of professional experience and driven by the deep conviction that he can make a difference by offering unique expertise, he undertook to become a residential building inspector to help people with their home purchasing project. Its objective is to help you find the corrections to make to your building to avoid worries and allow you to enjoy your home in complete peace of mind. His role is to direct inspection service operations in addition to being responsible for our customer relations.
